The Healing is a gentle Reiki and energy healing session where you can deeply relax, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate an unbreakable connection between your mind, body, and spirit.

THE HEALING
WHAT IT IS
The Healing is an integrative healing experience that includes Reiki and other soulful, shamanic, and energetic healing practices.
This session is a blend of emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. We will shift energy that is stuck in the body to bring to a state of balance and relaxation, and strengthen your inner connection with the self.
In these sessions, I will channel healing where it is needed in both your physical, energetic, and spiritual body following your intentions. I also offer channeled insights and clarity where they arise.
It is always my intention as a practitioner that you receive what you need and release what you do not and that each healing is in service of your highest and greatest good.
At the beginning of the session, we set an intention of what you would like to shift, release, or receive during the healing and discuss your reason for booking a session.
During the first part of the healing, I talk you through a guided meditation and/or visualization, offering a deep state of relaxation that promotes deep embodiment, relaxation, and cellular healing.
During the second part of the healing, I act as a conduit for Reiki energy so that it can flow through me into you through the palm of my hands. Treatments are hands-on or hands-off at your preference and can also be conducted at a distance.
I also pull on other healing modalities to help clear, release and offer soft, peaceful healing.
At the end of the session, we discuss what I sensed during the healing and next steps.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that promotes healing, wellness and peace in the physical, emotional, and energetic body. It was “rediscovered” in the late 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui and it’s speculated that its origins can be traced back to Tibetan Buddhism.
Reiki itself is a form of pure healing energy that transmutes into the recipient’s body, consciousness, and spirit through the palms of the practitioner who acts as a clear conduit for the energy. Reiki is considered to exist within all of us and all around us in everything. Energy is not bound to time or space. I am able to connect to your energy no matter where you are in the world to both read and offer healing using specific techniques I was taught in my various trainings.

It will take a couple of days for the Reiki and energy healing to integrate, so please take good care of yourself during this time and make sure to drink lots of water. After a healing, it is normal to feel emotional, more sensitive than usual, or a bit raw the following couple of days as the Reiki integrates into your body, energy, and spirit. Please be sure to take it slow, follow what your body needs, and be gentle with yourself during this time.
